He was preceded in death by his father, William Harlon Blevins. Robert left Georgia at the age of 28 after attending Augusta Community college graduating as a heavy equipment mechanic. He also worked as a chauffeur, and in his spare time he love outdoor sports. He passed peacefully in the presence of his family at Bürger­hospital on December 12, 2022.
